Michael Gold

Michael Gold is the Founder and CEO of Gold Family Wealth. He started his financial advisory career in 2000 and currently serves a select group of wealthy clients. Michael is not your typical wealth advisor. He views wealth management from an entirely different perspective, always obsessing to find ways to add value to improve and enhance the client experience.

Michael founded Gold Family Wealth with the objective of helping entrepreneurs, high-level executives and wealthy families gain even more control over their financial and business interests, by inspiring and instructing them on how to enhance their lives and achieve their goals, through an advanced approach to wealth planning.

Most recently, Michael was a private wealth manager at Gerstein Fisher. He was recognized as one of the top wealth managers in the New York City Area by New York Magazine in 2015 and 2016. Michael earned his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, specializing in Quantitative Finance and Leadership. He earned his B.A. from the State University of New York College at Oneonta. He is a Certified Financial PlannerTM and maintains his Series 7, 66, and 31 securities licenses as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses.
